landscape mode: this schedule is designed to be printed in landscape mode. when printing the schedule, select file>print. within the print dialog box, select properties, and then select landscape.

background colors: internet explorer has an option to print background colors and images. to set this mode, from the menu bar, select tools>internet options>advanced. near the bottom of this window, select the "print background colors and images" checkbox, then select the okay button.
